Dixie’s Customer Service Department is staffed from 7:30a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (Central Time), Monday through Friday. Dixie Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) are the best in the industry. Call Dixie Customer Service and you will speak to a person, not to voicemail. All CSR's are cross-trained and can help with any customer inquiry. Any CSR can be contacted by sending an e-mail to the general e-mail address customerservice@dixiechemical.com. This e-mail address may also be used to submit orders or for product inquiries.
CSR’s have the ability to view on-time package product inventory in our ERP system; this allows us to inform customers during order placement if the material is available to ship immediately. The CSR’s work very closely with the Product Manager and the Sales and Marketing team to insure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
