Responsible CareŽ

Dixie is proud to participate in the American Chemistry Council's Responsible Care® initiative and the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturers Association (SOCMA) ChemStewardsSM program. These programs set guidelines for Environmental, Health, Safety & Security performance that goes beyond current regulatory requirements. Performance data is reported annually and is available to the public on the Responsible CareŽ web site.

Dixie's Responsible CareŽ Committee, including Senior Management, meets regularly to ensure continuous adherence to these programs. Annual Responsible CareŽ goals drive company-wide initiatives in many areas from Product Stewardship to Pollution Prevention to Health & Safety.
